Summary/Abstract: The author of the scientific article examines the theoretical problems of the institute of administrative liability of legal persons for violation of commercial activities. The analysis of existing and future regulations governing administrative liability of legal persons in the field. The author offered to believe that the institution of administrative liability of legal persons for violation of economic activities in modern terms is an important element of state regulation of the economy.
