Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to development of the economic legislation at the second step of reformation of the market economy in Ukraine, systematization, and a process of formation of the field legislation in this period. The author has analyzed outcome legal statements concerning each field economic and legal complex formed during this period. Having done system analysis, the author has indicated inevitability of processes of the economic legislation codification.
