Summary/Abstract: On first appearance in court the judge has to revise the accuracy of the criminal complaint in connection with its consistence with the provisions of articles 263 and 264 of The Criminal Procedure Code. When some of the above provisions have not been complied with, the judge will decide to divert the case to the prosecutor’s office in order to rewrite the indictment.
