Summary/Abstract: In this article scientific approaches are investigated to the definition of a special subject, and the feasibility improving the definition of the term in Article 18 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is shown that supplementing the existing legal definition of irrelevant features do not contribute to the development law activity and may lead to unnecessary accumulation of criminal – law norm. The practical aspects of theoretical propositions regarding qualification of an act were analyzed which is committed the general and special subjects of complicity. It is shown that for the definition of complicity qualification, it is necessary to improve the regulatory definition of "accomplice" and the further development of proposals for the introduction of criminal liability of a mediator.
