THE THEORETICAL FOUNDATION OF THE PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS COMPLEX OF AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS' VALUABLE ATTITUDE TO FUTURE CAREER

Summary/Abstract: In this article the social, socio-educational, pedagogical, psychological, educational and psychological factors of university students‘ valuable attitude to future careers are considered. Definitions "formation", "pedagogical condition" and "complex" are investigated and clarified. Complex of educational environment is theoretically based on existing developments in the education and professional education on the formation of valuable agricultural university students' attitude to future careers. The pedagogical conditions of valuable attitude of university students to future career are external circumstances and internal reserves of the individual contributing to the formation of valuable student` attitude to future career. The specificity of the educational process at the university, its complexity and multilevel, lead to the fact that the pedagogy of higher education uses a large number of conditions. Among the pedagogical conditions we consider all that somehow affects the process of training, the result is the driving force behind the formation of value attitude university students to future career.
