Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the relationship of state discipline and order. It is noted that the state promotes the discipline of social and political activity and, along with law and order is an essential feature of democracy. It involves a conscious positive attitude of citizens before the law, which ensures the interests of the population. The main idea that public discipline is an essential factor in ensuring law and order in the country, so strengthening and improving the state of discipline in the various fields of public relations will strengthen law and order in the country.
