Summary/Abstract: The century we are living in is now passing through a rapid change process, and the electronic environment becomes an important player for the development of national services level and also at the interstate level while making its presence predominant. With these conditions, applying the e-goverment has become an inevitable requirement to as a product of the New Public Management concept after abandoning conventional methods. The purpose of this study in this context is to examine the possible benefits that transition to electronic service would provide to public. For this purpose, e-government concept has been tried to be explained in order to solve certain problems and some suggestions have been stated to make the system more functional. The subject of continuous improvement of the infrastructure in the public electronic services, the availability of feedback mechanisms and the training of government officials in this respect has been obtained as a result for the aim of enhancing the quality of public services and ultimately contributing to the nation's benefit.
