Summary/Abstract: Strategic roadmaps of national economy and its basic sectors are called to provide an economic competitiveness, its inclusion and increasing of social welfare because of the sustainable economic development of Azerbaijan. Because of investment mobilization, a positive environment for free competitiveness, an access to markets and growth of human`s asset, Azerbaijan will reinforce its positions in the World Economy and become one of the most developed country as a response to global challenges.
