Summary/Abstract: In the article essence is exposed innovative technological hubs and the features of their application are certain during realization of innovative policy. The examples of functioning are resulted hubs in foreign countries and their influence is rotined on development of modern highly technological industries. Pre-conditions are analysed for adaptation of front-rank experience of forming innovative technological hubs in the regions of Ukraine in the direction of strengthening of integration processes after principles of decentralization.
