Summary/Abstract: The deep dialectics of forming of ecological mentality, basis of which is made by unity and fight of contradictions global and local, is analyzed. The necessity of study of features of this dialectical cooperation is grounded for increasing of ecological mentality to the level of ecological culture which is the condition of the ecological safety system becoming.
