Summary/Abstract: Following the activity of the Constitutional Court, in February, the following decisions (constitutional challenges granted) were published: CCR Decision No. 759/2017 of 23 November 2017 on the constitutional challenge of the provisions of Article 56 paragraph (1) subparagraph c) second thesis, first hypothesis of the Labour Code, CCR Decision No. 802/2017 of 5 December 2017 on the constitutional challenge of the provisions of Article 342 and Article 345 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code, Decision No. 840/2017 of 14 December 2017 on the constitutional challenge of the provisions of Article 35 paragraph (2) of the Bylaws of the Romanian Diplomatic and Consular Corps, CCR Decision No. 33/2018 of 23 January on the constitutional challenge of the provisions of Article I sections 14, 18 and 22 of the Law amending and supplementing Law No. 304/2004 on the organisation of the judiciary, the Decision of the Constitutional Court No. 32/2018 of 23 January 2018 on the constitutional challenge of the provisions of Article I sections 14, 18 and 22 of the Law amending and supplementing the Civil Servants Bylaws, the Decision No. 21/2018 of 18 January 2018 on the constitutional challenge of the provisions of Article 352 paragraph (11) and paragraph (12) of the Criminal Procedure Code and the Decision No. 22/2018 of 18 January 2018 on the constitutional challenge of the provisions of Article 102 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
