Summary/Abstract: The intention of this paper is to highlight contemporary issues and it’s perhaps one of the most difficult problems we face to, the problem of using children in armed conflict and the related issue of child soldiers. The basic hypothesis of this paper is that the practice of the use and recruitment of the children in armed conflicts around the world is the worldwide unknow form of the child abuse in contemporary society, and it is cultural anomaly that can be viewed within the broader context of the problems of unconditional worst forms of child labor and exploitation of children. The expected contribution of the paper goes toward the recognizing and highlighting the most serious forms of child abuse and consequences such as poor health outcomes and the destruction of their lives and finaly find possible solutions to these problems.
