Critical Success Factors as a Basis for Performance Measurement

Summary/Abstract: Purpose – the aim of the article is to demonstrate the relationship of critical success factors andperformance measurement in the enterprise.Design/methodology/approach – assessment of key success factors using expert research by Delphi method intwo rounds.Findings – the list of critical success factors in construction sector and presentation of example indicators ofaims depending on that factors.Originality/value – the original study of critical success factors for the construction sector and authors’ approachto presentation of performance measures divided into key aspects.
