Current Interdisciplinary Research in Accounting

Summary/Abstract: Purpose – the main aim of this article is to present the current interdisciplinary research in account-ing. Design/Methodology/Approach – to achieve the assumed objective, the research method referring to the critical analysis of foreign and Polish expert literature has been applied. The method of analysis of the sources has been also used. Findings – the article indicates the need for interdisciplinary research in accounting. Originality/Value – the article presents trends of interdisciplinary research in accounting, which can be carried out and developed in the future.
