Summary/Abstract: In connection with the growing problems of social and economic disparities between the countries of the poor South and the rich North and the real prospect of the development of the phenomenon of economic migration Fair Trade movement can play an important role. As far as societies of developed countries, governments, international organizations and local communities of large cities (power of big cities) will be ready to implement the proposed in this article postulates – the trade of Fair Trade goods can develop, and thus will follow the development of the economies of the poorest parts of the world. The purpose of this article is to propose a new social contract requests, as a result of which they can improve indicators in health, education and income per capita in least developed and developing countries, and will be completed “solidarity” and humanitarian grounds fairer, ordoliberal management on an international scale. In the literature, there is no analysis of the development of relations Fair Trade movement with the issues of social contracts, therefore, this article can be a contribution to the further study and propose empirical models and feasibility studies
