Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the analysis of normative legal acts regulating the issues of the introduction of emergency legal regimes. The features and content of emergency legal regimes are identified. The regime of the antiterrorist operation (ATO), as well as the role and place of military and civilian administrations in the realization of extraordinary legal regimes, were investigated.
