Summary/Abstract: In this article reflection to the culturality-sophy model parvarossition into the context historycal and cultural reality of the Ukrainian the first half XIX-th century, which N. V. Gogol projection at the national, state political system and cultural regenerate, where Ukrainiany and Ukrainian present as the world phenomenon. Also underline the special role historycal and cultural legacy in to formation of the national consciousness and Ukrainian national model new "hereditary of the chielf".
