The hybrid war, a threat to international security?

Summary/Abstract: The international system is in a constant change and struggle for power. The technology, the science and military superiority have led to a different aspect of the conflict, which is evolving, although the nature of war remains the same. State actors and non-state actors have the opportunity to use a wide variety of forces and means of lethal and non- lethal order to demonstrate to combatants the power they have. Asymmetric actions, hybrids actions and non-conventional, will be often encountered in this century.
