Economic basics of law of real property

Summary/Abstract: The article considers objective regularities of emergence of real property law and specific features of real property. The author determines that real estate is a specific good engaged in a set of contradictory interests, which are subjects to different legal relations. The author proves that a separate peculiar branch of construction law should administrate relations in the field of real property creation. This enables to regulate interrelations between different economic entities comprehensively and effectively.
