Summary/Abstract: The article researches matters regarding ways of encouragement of the construction activity, depending on construction projects. The author pays peculiar attention to a state-guaranteed order as a measure of the regulative influence of the government on the construction industry. The author examines a set of normative and legal acts, which determine different forms of economic and legal support of the construction activity.
