Summary/Abstract: In modernday way of life, Internet has an important role and permeates almost all spheres of life. Eaccessibility, especially on the Internet, expands the possibilities for communication, interaction, and employment of persons with special needs. The key principle in making the Web accessible is constructing web pages and software so as to be flexible and adaptable to the users' different needs, preferences and circumstances. The goal of this paper is to clarify some concepts and expand knowledge about the ways in which web pages could be constructed to be accessible by persons with visual deficiency and colour perception deficiency disorders, or colourblindness. Taking into consideration that education is a primary factor for the development of society, and that it most often involves using the Internet, authors have shown, in one part of this paper, how it is possible to construct an adapted, Eaccessible college Web site. Also, if we take into consideration the necessity for lifelong learning, it is clear that Eaccessible Web pages are of a great importance for all educational institutions, since they should be available to all individuals who want to improve their knowledge and education.
