THE SYNERGIC ROLE OF CROSS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES IN THE CONTEMPORARY INTELLIGENCE PROCESS

Summary/Abstract: The objective of Intelligence community is to evaluate holistically the ever changing international system. The synergic communication can prepare the Intelligence Community to succeed in continuously implementing successful collective changes in order to optimize the collective security instead to protect some determined groups and individuals. The aim of this article is to present the potential of cross-cultural communication in the security paradigm and its importance in the highly dynamic and innovative international environment. The methodological system is consensual – inductive (Locke) because the study is based on previous scholar researches.
