Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the meaning of the animation Inside Out, especially concerning itseducational message. Emotions in human’s life are the main topic of this analysis. Furthermore,we share our views on the psychological role of the movie used while teaching, that are basedon the gained knowledge and practical experience. In addition to that, we intend to explainwhy work with this specific film makes such a great example of the challenges standing beforeeveryone who has decided to use it in one’s workshops, therapy or psychoeducational work.
