Summary/Abstract: In this paper I will present general aspects regarding the current history, and social, political and economic situation of the European states that are not part of the North Atlantic Alliance and will briefly present the organized training system for training of human resources from the active military service, and from mobilization and active reserve.In this paper I describe the structure elements of the military educational system deployed in the Republic of Moldova. Through the content of our paper I will highlight the analysis elements necessary for the design of an optimized system for training and evaluation the human resources of the Romanian Armed Forces.
