Summary/Abstract: Under Nazi domination, Roma people living in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia lands should be completely exterminated. In the restored Czechoslovakia, the so-called Third Republic, the fate of the low class people has wait for them. The change brought the Communist coup. The ambition of emerging socialist dictatorship was the complete equality of human individuals, which also reflected on the relationship to "citizens of gipsy origin". Ensuring equal status with others has been for the Communist elite a primary task. Among the tools how reach this goal were education, dignified housing and, of course, involvement in a standard work process.
