Analysis of the Dynamics of Annual Expenditure on Health Care

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the studies discussed in the paper is an analysis of annual expenditure on health care. The theory of the construction of a differential equations and stochastic model and its estimation method are discussed. One of the most important applications of these models is modelling and forecasting. In order to conduct analyses empirical data were prepared based on the data on annual expenditure on health care published by the Central Statistical Office and Eurostat. The analysis covers the years 2000–2014.
