Summary/Abstract: The article describes the legislative changes made in Criminal procedure code in Slovak republic, which made possible to sentence the offenders during the sport events, if they conduct the criminal acts. Author criticises the impossibility of practical use of this provision, because the rules and basic principles of the criminal proceedings obstruct this provision. Author expresses the meaning that this provision is not usable. The same experiences were noticed in the Czech republic.
