Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to analyze consumer behavior towards the selected aspects of environmental protection. The paper presents: actions taken by the suppliers in order to create the image of a company that cares about the environment (ecological company), consumer research on environmental issues and the relationship between gender and the environment.
