Summary/Abstract: World Class Manufacturing is an integrated management system that achieves the highest level of excellence in international production, achieving 4 times zero: zero wastes, zero accidents, zero defects and zero failures. The aim of the article is to present the main objectives, assumptions, pillars as well as the methodology of WCM implementation in a manufacturing company on the Polish market. The work consists of two parts: theoretical and empirical. The first presents the main assumptions, objectives, benefits and methodology of the WCM system. The second case study shows the first stage of WCM implementation in one of the manufacturing companies on the Polish market.
