Summary/Abstract: The text analyses the book edited by Jan Tomkowski commemorating Leopold Buczkowski’s hundredth birthday. The volume comprises around twenty remembrance articles, a dozen or so letters by the author of “Black Torrent” and a short chronology of Buczkowski’s life and artistic creativity. Moreover, the end of the book includes photographs of the author and his family and his fine arts works.
