Summary/Abstract: In the introduction of the paper the author gives a short overview of the life of Petar Berke and of the content and structure of his work Kinch oſzebuini ſzlavnoga Orſzaga Horvatczkoga, the oldest monograph on Marija Bistrica, the oldest parish fête sight. The central part of the paper consists of the list and analysis of personal names mentioned in the work. They are analyzed according to the sex of the named person, word formation and the origin of names. The characteristics are considered and explained in the context of the Croatian anthroponimy of the 17th and 18th centuries.
