Summary/Abstract: Particular financial instrument are low-interest loans provided by the banks, for the development of projects for the protection of ecological environment called loans. Characterized by preferential rates and allow, for example, finance the construction and installation of sewage treatment plants renewable energy sources. The author took on this subject, because the issue is particularly important for the proper functioning of the economy.
