Summary/Abstract: In search for competitive advantage organizations more and more often relay on their employee's creativity. This includes companies with multicultural teams; especially that multiculturalism might be one of the sources of creativity. In this paper, features of culture of organization together with actions supporting development of creativity have been shown. Benefits of multicultural management implementation, based on cooperation, have been shown. Special attention has been put on strategies of handling problems which might arise in multicultural environment. The role of training and workshops in development of cultural sensitivity and intercultural competence has been underlined
