Summary/Abstract: Modern information technologies can be useful in primary education not only as learning subject related to the acquisition of basic computer literacy. They can also be a mean for teaching other compulsory and optional subjects, source of knowledge, universal tool for communication using presentations, developing and educational games, tests, simulations, multimedia encyclopedias, reference books - and many other options offered by the computer.
