Summary/Abstract: This work outlines in detail the annual rites, celebrations, and feasts that take place during the Easter season in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Drohiczyn, Poland. The entire Easter season is and continues to be observed as one great 50-day feast. The popular piety of this season is characterized primarily by the ardent faith of the Polish people, which is expressed in their rich folklore, customs, and devotions that help them live the liturgy of the Church more deeply.
