Summary/Abstract: The paper indicates that the culture of an organization has a big influence on the creating the relationship between employees and knowledge management in the companies. However, whether employees are oriented towards knowledge management depends on the existing organizational culture in companies. The organizational culture has a significant influence and motivates employees to obtain information and then to use it in the organization.
