Summary/Abstract: The challenges in this topic are indissolubly tied to the current evolutions within the security environment, which coordinates are dominated by the Ukraine-based hybrid conflict and by the immigrants’ crisis coming from the Middle East. All these details generate new perspectives and approaches concerning the deepening of the upcoming centuries’ sophisticated threats.
