Summary/Abstract: In face of fast changes on the market and increasing needs and expectations of customers, there is huge need to focus on the specific customer. It means that each enterprise should divide the market on homogenous groups, to which could address its offer. This practice concerns also agrotouristic farms, which have to compete on the market, if they want to exist and function. The article presents the problem of customer orientation in agrotourism. Fundamental part of this article concentrates on selected results of empirical research conducted in the area of West Pomeranian region
