Concept of sustainable urban development in climate approach

Summary/Abstract: The article presents sustainable urban development concept with particular emphasis on climate aspects having influence on air quality improvement. Technological solutions and ways of their implementation have been presented in terms of urban development, i. a. on the example of green roofs technology, continuous urban environment quality monitoring and solutions aimed at implementing low-emission cities model. There have also been presented benefits from potential implementation of proposed solutions in terms of obtaining ecological and economical effect and gaining social approval for planned objectives.
