Summary/Abstract: Flexible forms of employment are beginning to play a growing role in the functioning of enterprises as well as the interested parties or employees. Provision of working in a traditional model with a majority of employees employed under a contract of employment is gradually being replaced by a form of flexible, giving greater freedom of employers and employers. The article presents various types of employment flexibility, as well as changes in the process of hiring models in enterprises. Also presented results of research on existing models of employment in enterprises.
