Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze the opinions of columnists, universities and unions about Law Proposal for the Amendment of the Law on Primary Education and Some Laws, publicly known as 4+4+4. The research is in the form of qualitative research and data are collected through the method of document review. The universe of the research constitutes the relevant corner writings, educational unions and university views. A large number of codes were extracted from the comments on the related law changes and these codes were collected and interpreted in the categories determined by the researcher. As a result, it is understood that the relevant changes have taken place without the necessary preparation, consensus and sharing, and will lead to widespread problems in the future.
