Participation of Lithuanian armed forces in the Polish-Ottoman War in the years of 1684-1699

Summary/Abstract: The article is an attempt to describe a participation of Lithuanian forces in warfare with Turks and Tatars from 1684 to 1699, from the forming The Holy League till the Karłowice Treaty. Author describes and analyzes campaigns in which Lithuanian forces took part in Podole, Ukraine, and Northern Moldavia in broader political and social context of Polish- Lithuanian State at the end of 17th century.
