Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the interdisciplinary discussion of borderline hospitality, consumer experience management (CEM) and environmental protection. At the moment, Spa services are one of the fastest growing markets in the Polish tourism. The authors analyze the recent trends in the market of Spa hotel services, which is the Eco Spa. Eco Spas could be a good tool for the competitive struggle for more and more demanding guests. The key part is the definition of specific areas of implementation environmentally friendly elements in Spa services to create best possible guest experience.
