Summary/Abstract: The quality of education programs in schools, problems in school-family and environment cooperation and alienation of teachers and students in the educational process emphasize the importance of values education in education system. . In different countries, many programs, under the name of personelity education, starting from kindergarten and continuing within a systematic program, are implemented to teach values. In our country, it is difficult to understand that how children develop values because values education is not within a certain program.To arrange the value education program applications within the framework of specific programs and addressing children, parents and other members of the school will allow childrens learning more permanent about values and will make society more aware of value education. It is clear that there should be a reconstruction about values education from pre-school to high-school and values education should be remote from the concerns of academic success. Values education applications should keep moral and social values in the forefront. In this study, different values education programs in the US and value education practices in our country are evaluated from different aspects.
