Summary/Abstract: Common usage of the Internet in business allows the companies to use various new communication and promotional tools. Experts increasingly often express the opinion that usage of Internet should be integrated with whole marketing strategy, especially regarding branding. Amongst numerous promotional tools available in the Internet, author has chosen to focus on banner advertisements and benefits to be gained from their placement on web sites.
