Summary/Abstract: The human factor is of particular importance in service companies. An immanent feature of service firms is the relationship between a satisfied employee and a satisfied customer. The crisis makes us look at this important company asset with great care and common sense. It is also the time when we should invest in our employee Forecasts for 2015 point to an increasing importance of services in economic life. This will be the result of increased demand for services. The process of servicization of the economy and consumption is already observable. We need to be prepared for the circumstances, focusing on human resources, the most valuable asset of service companies.
