Summary/Abstract: The influence of humus on catalase activity in leaves, roots and corns of Zea maize of different genotypes – Line P-346 and its Hybrid Pioneer 3879 M – was revealed. The catalase activity in corn of Zea maize was increased on 47–61 % in the Line P-346 and 3–5 times in the Hybrid Pioneer 3879 M.
