Summary/Abstract: The financial crisis in the United States affects polish economy. Even at the beginning of 2008, the majority of polish economists claimed that minimal trade between Poland and the United States and humble real estate prices in Poland, which are lower than the EU average, ensure economic stability. This has not come to pass, which is confirmed by the situation of companies providing business services that are trying to find themselves in the new economic reality. One solution seems to be the next obvious perception of the risks that result, the benefits that can create. An interesting solution, which is a way to fight the crisis is to build a new business model that offers customers a variety of business services. The ability to provide additional services often gives the company a competitive advantage, and in an addition reduces its vulnerability to cyclical changes. Business Services-ciation is characterized by the fact that the fall in demand for one type of service is often a compensatory sowany the increase in demand for other services.
