Summary/Abstract: Health care sector differs from „normal” market and other sectors. Major differences originate from medical service particularity (a client has to use service, doesn’t have sufficient information for rationale decision making) and presence of the third party – payer for services, present in all insurance or taxed financed systems. Third party stimulates phenomenon known as moral hazard, which has to be somehow tackled, therefore client’s choices are being limited. These phenomena distort way in which consumer behaviours can be performed. Despite of this, clients of health care sector display customer behaviours, though the way they are articulated may differ / seem to differ from the one, which is known in other sectors.
