The Model of Future Legal Research

Summary/Abstract: This article seeks to justify how student research in technology law and technology law should be organized. The article aims to explain student-supervisor relationships, requirements for publications, and what conditions the university should ensure in order to maximize undergraduate research. It explores the conditions for student engagement in research and proposes a student research model that will encourage students to engage in research and development projects. Accordingly, in describing the context of future legal research, this article further proposes the structure of the model of undergraduate research, describes its elements and identifies the behavioral aspects of key actors in the model.
